Custom Orders

By submitting images and specifications for custom products, you:

  2. Accept that the final product may vary slightly from digital previews due to printing variations
  3. Understand that custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect

Ordering and Payment

Order Process

  1. Orders can be placed through our website, in-store, or through partner platforms like Daraz.
  2. We will confirm your order via email or other specified contact method.
  3. Production begins after order confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes.
  2. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
  2. Cancellation requests for orders where production has begun will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur charges.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
  2. Standard production time is 3-7 business days, depending on product complexity.
  3. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.
  4. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Manufacturing Defects
